Who runs The Women's Business Academy?
The Women's Business Academy is a sister site of She Takes on the World, one of the top destinations for women entrepreneurship, leadership, and empowerment. She Takes on the World was listed on Forbes' Top Ten Career Sites for Women and is the 2010 recipient of Blog of the Year at the Stevie Awards for Women in Business. The Women's Business Academy and She Takes on the World were founded by Natalie MacNeil, an award winning entrepreneur and leading expert in entrepreneurship and personal branding for women.
Why business training for women?
We've decided to focus specificaly on the needs of women entrepreneurs for some very important reasons:
- Women face unique challenges in the business world
- Women and men have contrasting management and leadership styles
- Women and men tend to start businesses for different reasons and have different business goals
Our courses are taught with these points in mind. We use specific examples and case studies that are relatable and insightful for women.
